一、為維護本園內遊客安全及設施和環境之完整清潔與休憩品質，入園遊客須遵守下列規定。

二、本園開放時間：

室內設施服務時間自上午9時至下午5時

戶外場地使用時間自清晨6時至晚上9時

三、都會公園內不得有下列行為，違者若經勸導未改正，由警察或管理人員依法處理：

(一)攜帶危險物品。

(二)流動兜售、擺設攤販或散發廣告、傳單等宣傳品。

(三)租售物品、遊樂器具或其他未經許可之活動。

(四)未經許可駕駛機動車輛入園或停放車輛。

(五)攜帶未加適當防護措施之寵物或其他動物，或未隨手清理該動物之排泄物。

(六)拋棄果皮、紙屑或其他廢棄物。

(七)酗酒、鬥毆滋事或其他妨害公共秩序之行為。

(八)喧鬧、製造噪音或其他妨害公共安寧之行為。

(九)赤身露體、隨地便溺、有妨害風化或賭博之行為。

(十)焚燒物品、燃放鞭炮煙火、生營火、炊煮食物、露營或其他類似行為。

(十一)毀損或攀折樹木、花卉、草皮或公園之設施。

(十二)未經許可擅自在設施或樹木上塗寫、懸掛、書刻或張貼。

(十三)未經許可擅自挖掘土、石、草皮、傾倒餘土、埋設物品或其他類似行為。

(十四)不依規定方式使用設施致有安全或損壞之虞。

(十五)未經許可擅自種植果菜、花木、任意放置桌椅、吊床、箱櫃、板架或其他類似行為。

(十六)從事可能危及其他遊客人身安全之球類或他項活動。

(十七)餵食或捕捉動物、放生或棄養貓狗等寵物。

(十八)在管理站設置之吸菸區外吸菸。

(十九)違反主管機關為特定傳染病之防治或公園管理之必要而公告禁止或限制之事項。

Rules and regulations of Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park

To protect the safety of tourists and the maintenance of park facilities, environment and recreation quality.

Please observe and adhere the following rules and regulations

A. Opening hours:

Indoor service & facilities : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Outdoor service & facilities : 6:00 am – 9:00 pm

B. The following violation is prohibited and will be advised or reported to the enforcement officers:

1. Bringing in dangerous materials.

2. Setting up roadside stalls or peddling of goods, distributing advertisements, fliers, or leaflets.

3. Vending products, renting recreational equipment, or engaging in other unauthorized activity.

4. Driving or riding vehicles without permission, or parking vehicles illegally.

5. Carrying pets or other animals without appropriate protective measures, or failing to clean up the animal excrement.

6. Littering or waste disposal of any kind.                                                                                    

7. Drinking, fighting, or carousing that violates public order.

8. Making excessive noise or creating noise pollution that disturbs public tranquility.

9. Nudity, urinating, defecating, gambling or other behaviors that do harm to public morals.

10. Burning items, lighting firecrackers, setting off fireworks, campfires, cooking or camping.

11. Harming of trees, plants, sod, or park facilities.

12. Writing, carving, hanging or posting of bills on park facilities or trees without permission.

13. Digging up earth, stones, or sod; dumping construction waste and burying things.

14. Using recreational facilities in ways that do not conform to the regulations and cause a threat to safety and equipment damage.

15. Cultivating fruits, vegetables, or other plants, setting up tables, chairs, hammocks, boxes, cabinets, or structures of any kind without permission.

16. Engage in ball games or other activities that endanger the personal safety of other tourists.

17. Feeding or capturing animals, releasing or abandoning pets.

18. Smoking, except for the smoking area set up by the management unit.

19. Engaging in other prohibited or restricted activities as announced by the authorities for contagious disease prevention or park management.

行政中心服務項目

服務時間：每日08:30~12:00 13:30~17:30

服務內容：
1.受理各項經營管理事宜、廣播協尋。
2.受理活動借用場地使用之申請事宜。
3.學校團體免費導覽申請(請於１個月～２週前電話確認，並出具申請表)。
本項服務提供對象為學校、機關、及社團(收費營利性活動恕不受理)，團體人數以10人以上、300人以下(10個班級以內)，並能於園區停留2小時以上為宜(每次導覽時間需90～120分鐘)，因本項服務需聯繫 解說志工協助解說事宜，故請務必先以電話聯絡以確定時段方便人員安排。其他注意事項請參閱團體預約服務申請與注意事項
